Realtor Information

We appreciate your inquiry and would love to explain how you can get paid a commission on an auction property.  There are a few guidelines in registering your client that we will require.
  • Educate your client on the value of the property; treat this type of client like others-get inspections, pre-approvals, etc…
  • Attend a viewing and the Auction with your client.
  • Submit a buyers broker registration form no less than 48 hours prior to the Auction.
  • If your client is the successful buyer and closes on the property, your brokerage will receive a commission.
Exclusions to compensation

Commission will not be paid if our company has had any previous contact with the client regarding the property.

What if I have a property that would be a good auction?

Your brokerage will usually receive a Commission.  Check with Auctioneer.
